On a regular basis my EBAY overview page is just text and big icons, and
now this has happened to my messages page. Is this just happening to me
or is it sitewide? I am using windows seven.
I am having trouble with two points; 1) when managed payments started
the story was that in most instances the seller would pay less. In the
first week this was so. About 1% less. But now it is back to what I used
to pay when Paypal was in the mix. I...
I noticed that with managed payments the fees on a ten or twenty dollar
sale were about ten cents less on MP's but a week later they are about
ten cents more. What happened here?
