As a seller i use my ebay account, but I'd like to keep it to selling only, and have one to buy & get feedback on. Is this doable? thanks.

I haven't sold in quite a long time. I just listed stuff and need to COUNTER OFFER what was offered. How do I do that? I can't figure that out. YIKES!
