eBay

It seems that ebay is sending offers to all shoppers who have my items in there cart but have not bought the items. the problem is the are being offered a price i do not want to offer and i am loosing money. i see lots of info on how to initiate this...

i have dozens of shipping policies saved going back many year. how can i clear this up? can i delete them all and just start over some how.

we have agreed on price but no option to send offer anymore. i used to do this all the time. also i can no longer get phone support. this costumers wants to buy 6 different items at a discount.
