Why am I not getting best offers for my fixed price listings? I have had
exactly 1 best offer (which I accepted) during the last 6 months or so
(for 40 to 50 listings).
I would be more than willing to make counter offers greater than 5%, but
I never get any best offers in the first place! Why don't people make
offers???
