Unlinking a paypal from shipping cost and putting a different paypal account on.

I need to unlink my husbands paypal when I pay for postage and put it under my paypal, i have not been able to do it yet! When I go to Update Shipping Payment, it takes me to my paypal but still withdraws the money from his account.
