I have Labels that I printed, paid for, and for various reasons, reprinted or item was cancelled...How do I get a refund on this postage?Please advise

I received damaged goods..I was given an option to return the item, which I did, and tracking info on ebay...(printed the return slip from EBAY). I was told that the case was closed, and it was done within the time frame, considering I was away...Now...
