What is going on with the time on auction listing? Eveything in my watched items states "ending at (whatever time) PDT" What is that???? Doesn't show how much time is remaing.

What is the deal? I watched an item on Ebay for a week, when I went to bid on it I got a message that the Seller will only accept Pay Pay; I have a Pay Pal account, but I prefer to use my credit card and do not want to link my credit card to Pay Pal....
