Ebay Canceled my guitar listing for using "Les Paul copy" in the listing???

I listed an Electra Les Paul copy guitar from the late 70s for sale. It is made by electra, no where on it does it say Gibson, but they canceled the listing stating that " Using the words les paul copy would confuse people searching for les pauls" .....
