It is disgraceful, the rules I read were 9/10 years ago & said a hold
for new sellers. This new rule was introduced in 2014 the manager told
me & if you don't sell enough items & get 25 feedbacks in 90 days then
you don't get your money for 21 days! ...
Equally after holding an account since 2006, selling since 2010/11, I
have put a lot of money through eBay, I have 100% positive feedback, and
yes, my last sale on Friday, despatched Friday, arrival on track today,
payment will be withheld for 21 day...
