I don’t understand why eBay doesn’t allow “sellers” to leave negative
feedback for nonpayment! That’s the dumbest thing I ever heard!!! Now if
the buyer runs up honest buyers and doesn’t pay the seller loses out,
sure you can get the credit back but ...
