Removed a listing because accidentally posted it twice, now I'm charged double fees??

I listed my husbands motorcycle and when I went to review it I didn't see it under SELL, so I relisted it and saw that it was under ACTIVE SELL, now that I've removed the second listing I still have to pay double the fees????
