We just sold an item to a buyer who has purchased similar items from
other sellers and has clearly scanned the sellers. We are afraid to ship
this item to this particular buyer and can't reach eBay customer

We used to be able to have eBay call us through Automated Assistant but
we can't even do that anymore. How are we supposed to talk to a real
person? Very frustrated and want to get back to our Buyer with an
answer,thanks.
