There are now many threads with similar complaint. Sellers pay the fees
and we have no right. W T F? Didn't realize sellers signed up to give
away the keys to our bank accounts.

I agree there needs to be a class action lawsuit. Meanwhile, those of us
in the Bay Area can fight back by filing a case with the Small Claims
Court in San Jose. They will have to send someone to show up and defend
the case.
