I sent an offer to a seller for a charger plus GoPro battery, the problem is that the photos of the charger and battery do not match the characteristics that they put on the product, it is another model, I messaged the seller but he did not respond

i just bid on an item , didnt win the action , somebody else did it for $59 , but for my surprise the item is on sale again with the same guy that won the action now bidding starting at $99

what should i do if the seller cancel my order after i paid , and the items are on sale again ? HE NEVER SEND me a message or else just canceled the order and appears like a requested to cancel , how they can do that ? the he publish the items again ...

lying about shipping an item that i won in a bid , and then try to refund money

i won a item on a bid ...... plus free shipping , the seller supossed to send the item , but never shipped the item, never send me a tracking number and he just lied all tha way tellin me is on the way i guess he didnt honor the win, plus i asked him...
