I did that and it still took the money out of my bank account the very next day on shipping before I got paid from ebay.

Although I don't think there is grounds for a lawsuit, I personally don't care much for managed payments especially for someone like myself who sells maybe 10-20 items a month. I thought Paypal was much easier to find things financially when I needed...
