Nope, no "free" returns or "free" shipping here! Hard to do that in the
clothing and shoes categories as they have some of the highest return
rates. That's the majority of what I sell with that account.
I believe a return request and a case are the same thing, just different
wording? Returns are now automatically approved...so a return request
(or case) was opened, automatically approved and then closed by the
buyer all within a few minutes. Odd.
She has now opened a return request using the "Doesn't fit" reason. This
is ok as she has to pay to ship them back and I will make sure that some
of the money is withheld to compensate for her trying to "fix them".
*Sigh*
Yeah, it's an odd message, not sure if I've ever gotten one quite like
it before. Basically she says she's used the shoes and has modified them
and now wants to return. Weird.
