Moving from IL to FL and I have several valuable/decent items I am seeking someone to list and handle all aspects for an appropriate fee.

Buyer wants to pick up item so how do I get paid by removing shipping costs?

Buyer won bid and emailed me he wants to pick itemup so I should invoice him less the shipping fees? I sent invoice through PalPay bt now wondering if that is against E-Bay policy? How should I handle it?
