eBay

I was charged normal fees after I reduced my items price for the $10 limit on final value fees. Was told there was a glitch and two weeks later the fees are the same. I've spent over three hours with eBay to get it resolved.

Final value fee is to be limited to $10 but they're coming through at the regular price. Why?
