Any one else having this problem...???!

Ebay expects me to pay returns shipping costs on an item that was listed falsely, to get a refund. Anyone else dealt with this???? Tim

All my accounts on ebay come up, but purchase history will not show any of my purchases. Is there s setting or something that is wrong on my computer? Thanks, Tim
