why isn't the dropdown feature of the watchlist working ?

How does one get to their "lists" in this new format ?????????????

shopping cart,request total,error code 80801

I keep getting error code 80801 on many vendors when trying to "request total from seller".The last vendor I contacted that many others had successfully requested an invoice and that I should try a different browser???
