The buyer lives in Denmark. Went to USPS.com and chose the least Stillexpensive way for almost 19 pounds of wood. Still $140. Sent 3 invoices and appeals. NO response.

How do you deal with non-payment from a buyer? Just had a buyer stiff me on 40 auctions. Just checked and he's still being allowed to do transactions??? What happens when you block a bidder?
