Are we charged insertion fees for each time a fixed price item is automatically relisted under the 30 day "Good till canceled" policy?

The promoted basic store was for 3 months ... does that mean 3 months from the date I joined (June 4th) or just 3 months no matter what day u joined. Looking for extra days or am I going to be charged for Sept?
