Every time I try to uprate account details I get a "something went wrong please try again later".

Account Details Cannot Update.

Customer has paid but eBay is showing payment not received.

Hello...as subject line shows the customer paid(and fast I might add) but eBay is showing payment not rec'd. Paypal is showing payment rec'd.What gives ? And how do I correct eBay ?Thanks for any help.Bud
