I am trying to send an Invoice to my buyers and I get a screen saying: YOUR Connection is not private. It wont let me continue. It says Invalid URL

When I went to print a label for a package today, I noticed the postage was higher than usual. After looking a bit closer it appears that my ebay discount is not there! It should be, but its not. I'm not sure what to do?Thanks for any help!
