I ordered an item, because the seller gave a discount to entice me to
buy and offered 4 day free shipping.. When I purchased, it said delivery
would be July 12th, which was 4 days, now it's up to July 16th..WHY
Email notice I got from ebay says item shipped. .When I check track
pkg., it goes to item page. .Did they ship or not. .If it hasn't shipped
