They should take the UPS shipping charges from the total amount received
from the buyer, not your bank or PayPal account. The new method is a
mess with lots of extra and needless transactions IMHO....Also....I sell

Ebay seller fees do seem to be getting more excessive. I sell mostly
small items like books and records and now have buyers making offers
that won't even cover the postage.
