I shipped two packages and mixed up the labels. Both of my buyers have
emailed me and they rec'd eachothers item. They are both very nice and I
need to know how to resolve this in the best way. Never have had this
happen before. Please help
I have not sold a thing since August 28. I have called Ebay twice and
they keep refreshing my store. I don't think the customer service has a
clue what's going on. I am disabled and count on Ebay to support through
the month. This is just a disaster....
