Has been a unique week for return requests.In the last few days I've
received return requests from three different buyers in different parts
of the US.Here's what's odd. All three were for the same item. All three
were from new buyers with no feedbac...
My ability to block buyers used to work but is now disfunctional. I can
add a username, touch submit and am told my list is updated but when I
check back, it is not.I have retried several times with no different
result.
I received negative feed back for item not received. This feedback was
really a complaint about slow USPS service. The customer did get their
item albeit late. I shipped within 24 hours and heard nothing from the
customer other than negative feedback...
I'm going from printing individual labels with an attached invoice to
bulk labels with a thermal label printer. Any good reading or do you
just plow through? Is there a preferred browser for bulk labels? One
main concern is combining shipping for cus...
When printing a shipping label my seller shipping option is ignored. It
auto selects a different option. I have to manually Change it back to my
chosen option. A waste of time.
