On the website, I can flag a message either in the list of messages or within the individual message. On the APP for Apple, I can see this flag. Is there a way to add or remove the flag using the APP? If not, can it please be added?

I had a home theater receiver. I purchased a newer one that had more features and sold the older one here. It worked fine akll the years I had it. The seller claims it work for a while then stopped and is demanding a refund. Am I screwed?
