Why does Ebay allow very poor sellers, such as one who has 515 Negative
and 233 Neutral feedback ratings in the past month alone, to continue to
operate on its site?
Add me to the complaint list. The Rate This Item is a TERRIBLE idea.
Answering it is "required," so you can't submit feedback without doing
so. What if the item is a gift? I won't be using it, so I can't possibly
rate it. Plus, it's completely ambigu...
