I am trying to get a refund from this seller on two counts. He has charged me postage twice, but only sent one package, P&P was pricey, although i didnt complain about that, and he had one item returned. So, this seller not only got one of two items ...

why is it that eBay do not protect the Seller as they used to? i have had four items sold lately, and 3 were unpaid. I cannot leave negative feedback, its impossible to contact Customer Service unless they have to call you, and the buyer just gets aw...
