I have a buyer who bought wrapping paper from me. She contacted me
saying it was damaged in the mail. She wants to keep the item. I asked
for pictures of the packaging and the product and was told that it was
already used and the packaging was gone. ...
I thought that EBay normally sided with the seller on this kind of
problem. The tracking states that it was delivered. They gave the buyer
a full refund. I'm a little dismayed at the moment.
I have a buyer that i have refunded on an item that was damaged when
received. I have already refunded him the cost through paypal, which he
paid with. He claims not to have a paypal account and wants it put onto
his bank card. Any thoughts?
