No refund for a shipping label that was cancelled after 2 weeks!

Hi,I bought a shipping label for a product I was selling, but I did not use it, and I cancelled the label the same day. 2 weeks later, the payment status still shows "Refund initiated". What should I do to get the refund moving forward?
