IT IS A FACT...eBay PROTECT scammers. eBay's T's & C's are DESIGNED to
PREVENT you,me...US from making public, a scammers ID, under the "Name
and Shame" rule. A dishonest seller can set-up a couple of accounts,
more I guess. A seller can THEN sell......
If you (eBay) are told (and you have been...several times) of a SELLER
working with 2 BUYERS, who bid on the sellers Laptop computers, and you
let it continue?, are you THEN guilty of assisting a FRAUD, or at the
very LEAST, of OBTAINING MONEY BY DEC...
"yep, it is sellers responsibility to get it Delivered but it is buyers
responsibility to provide a safe place so it doesn't disappear before
they actually put their hands on it". And therein lies the problem... I
have noticed, a couple of times that...
Please accept my apologies for such a badly laid out post. HELL I wrote
it, and I had to read it a couple of times, ter make any sense out of

I don't remember seeing your post B4...SPOT ON. I like the point about a
SELLERS feedback, just a shame eBay rigged the system. And to use CREDIT
cards to fund PayPal?, that's a beauty. I've alway's known about "Charge
back", but within UK law... Wha...
If you mean muppets-are-us couldn't bid in the auction's of
muppets-are-us ? I wouldn't doubt you for a second, but what I have in
mind is 2 "sellers", so also 2 bidders ID's, with a 3rd "bidder" that
all seem to be 1 and the same person, but obvious...
I got 2 sellers, with the same 3 bidders in common, but only a max of 2
bidders per auction. Seller A has a FB of 991, so as a bidder as he's ID
is changed, but will still have an FB of 991Seller B has a FB of 107, so
as a bidder etc etc Of the 3 Bid...
