Seller cancels auction at last minute

HelloHas anyone else have the problem of a seller cancelling an item right before it ends because of it's"NO LONGER AVAILABLE "?Seems like when I am about to win an auction with a low bid, the seller always cancel the auction. Happens a lot to me.
