How do I change the location that appears in a listing?

Can I Print My Own Return Label? Cannot Get RL To Print Or Even See It! ebay Label Required?

I have received a message to return an item. The Print Label button goes nowhere. Am I able to send the item back on my own and message the seller with a tracking number? I hope so, because there is no label to be printed here....

Reserve Price is Stupid!

What is the point of starting an auction so low that I never can meet the "reserve price"? I hate it.
