Help please eBay, please make a search option to not buy from a specific country or follow through and don't allow sellers to bid their own items up.I am trying to bid on items and the items from India are bogus, they are inhibiting me from purchases...

I had my selling limits raised and I haven't listed any items yet and I am still showing insertion fees, any idea why?How do I fix this?
