The word tripping the bots is "not". It is a common way to keyword spam,
as in "not (fill in this blank with a non-related manufacturer)". The
bots aren't human. They have no way to discern syntax. That's just the
way it is on here. There is no racis...
Go to the Resolution Center link at the bottom of the page. File a
return request for item not as described. Seller will have to accept
return and refund your money.
Either the seller doesn't know what they are doing, or they are scamming
you. Either way you did right by not accepting the cancellation. Look up
the estimated delivery date. After it has passed you can file an item
not received claim.
I haven't seen that in a long time. Many years ago sellers used to do
that to avoid fees. That is why sellers pay a final value fee on
shipping now. Ebay does not regulate how much a seller can charge for
