I have noticed that when I go to the create listing page that the site is not secure. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know a fix? All my listings are secure and I haven't noticed this problem on any other page.

I received a message from paypal that a payment was reversed by the buyers bank after the item was delivered. What action can I take?
