Thanks for the info. I posted to EBay For Bussiness on Facebook. They
forwarded to Ebay Gift Card team. They finally responded and resolve the
issue. Without Ebay for Bussiness involved, there would just no further
response.
Note that money is still in Ebay gift card. Giving gift card code to
chat agent, he can verify right amount there. But check with Ebay.com
gift card balance, it will show $0. Ebay just doesn't want to return the
money to you.
