My ebay/paypal "not payments "started working again a week or so after I
posted. I didn't do anything, tried different browsers, used a windows
10 computer it worked...but then not on mine (Firefox)...I gave up.

my issue is I put in my paypal password into window (that pops up 1/3
size of normal window, in center of page) and the connecting wheel just
goes round and round and round on the blank background...I called both
ebay and paypal and they say they can...
