Wednesday, November 6, I was able to contact sellers with no problem. Thursday, November 7, when I clicked on the CONTACT SELLER icon, instead of the usual message box appearing in the upper left hand corner of the screen, it was completely different...

When I select an item and click on the CONTACT SELLER icon a different box appears, rather than staying with the item; and the cursor does not show up in the message body area, so I can not write a message at all.
