Seller refuses to confirm details about item. Keeps saying I can’t
return it even if it’s wrong. I want to tell eBay about BEFORE it’s
shipped tomorrow to avoud an uncooperative seller. HOW can I contact
eBay right now and not after it’s shipped?
Other cards I have shipped allowed me to use eBay envelope. The buyer
paid for eBay envelope. But every now and then, eBay won't let me select
it, saying I can't use it for that category. But it is in the same
category of the other trading cards that...
Thank you. But now there’s a new problem. The seller is no longer a
registered user and the item (iPad) listing can’t be located. Did he
take my money and run? What do I do now?
I will say, though, it would be helpful instead of saying that items in
that category don't qualify for eBay envelope, they said instead you're
over the price limit. They'll get around to it, I'm sure. It's all brand
new right now.
