how do I remove an unpaid item case?

Is this person employed by Ebay? I believe the price for my item has been changed. the original price for this peacoat , the price tag, indicates $32. I am sure that I did NOT list it for $16.99 someone at Ebay changed the price. I WILL NOT ship this...
