Ebay issued the fund for the return but the seller did not receive the
return merchandise from buyer. The return probably lost. What should the
seller do to recoup the loss?
I have no problem with inspection prior to purchase. Can I give the
buyer the equipment address, my phone number for contact and arrange the
time? I think Ebay policies does not allow it.
