Same here on my end. It's saying that 96.30% of my items has no tracking
uploaded at all, which is funny because I can go to my Shipping Labels
and see all of the items I sold and the tracking that was uploaded. As

Same issues here. Items that have been listed for more than 14 days with
no edits are not getting included in any promotions. They're all showing
Skipped: Price.
