i'm asking here since e-bay's computer helper is bull**bleep**. 

hi, can someone please tell me how i can stop buyers from paying for items until i send out an invoice? folks go ahead and pay but then i have to adjust the shipping for the zip code and weight of the package and send a partial refund. thanks.
