addendum to last reply,last line got altered .should have been "That's typical of a Phishing scam and I'm not doing that without a validation from Ebay .

pretty much what I already deduced from the way it behaves. Trying to get a correct part for something and respond to the sellers request for part or serial numbers and the Bot flags the reply as being against the rules because it contains 'personal'...
