Does anyone know where it says on eBay that you cannot refuse and/or
return to sender a package that is damaged. Seller has 14 day open
return policy and has the book and USPS proof of delivery.
When shipping Priority Mail, it shows a 5% discount, but eBay is
charging 10% as part of their FVF on shipping. so that's a net loss to
Sellers of 5% and it's 5% above the USPS rate. Is that correct? How can
they get away with that?
