we enter new seller hub,how to back to old version?

Buyer asked to return for exchange,we refund him postage ,but we still haven't got the return pacakg

Hello ebay,Our buyer request return for exchange ,we partial refund him $10USD as postage .But he open an ebay case said he haven't got his item.By the way,we also haven't got his return package .Really need ebay help us.RegardsLynn
